Register to attend “A Conversation on Healthy Living through Walking” on November 16 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. In this one-hour panel discussion, four health and wellness professionals will share their best ideas for staying motivated to achieve better physical and mental health. Our panel will discuss walking and other activities that are good for you. Being healthy doesn’t mean looking a certain way, maintaining a certain weight, or being happy all the time. Rather, it’s about making a conscious choice to do little things every day that nourish your body and soul.
