Do you know where the most Instagram-worthy spots are in Arlington?

This month, WalkArlington is checking out Courthouse and its great public art that will make your Instagram followers swoon. On this walk you’ll:

  • Get to know fellow photography enthusiasts
  • Experience walking in Courthouse
  • View some of the neighborhood’s coolest public art, and
  • Spark your curiosity about what the neighborhood has to offer.

The evening will conclude with an opportunity to share our photos. Beverages and snacks will be available for purchase.

Bring your smartphone (and portable charger) or your preferred camera. The walk will be approximately 1 mile.

Registration

Registration for the event is encouraged. The event is free for people of all ages and abilities.

Getting Here

The walk will begin and end at locations served by transit, walking, biking, Capital Bikeshare, and car-share. Use Car Free Near Me to check out your transportation options.

The PAC advises the County Board and the County Manager on the implementation of the pedestrian element of the Master Transportation Plan and other matters the committee deems important to advocate for the needs of pedestrians in Arlington.

The committee is made up of volunteers who keep the County focused on making Arlington a better place to walk — from the high-rise canyons of Rosslyn, Ballston and Crystal City to the leafy residential areas of north, south, and west Arlington.

Meetings are typically held every second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Members of the public are invited to join any meeting.
