Ballston Commonwalk

Sponsored by the Virginia Hospital Center, the Commonwalk is a fabulous way to mall-walk year round, rain or shine, up to twice a week! Led by a Virginia Hospital Center staff member every Tuesday and Thursday (except major holidays), the begins at 8:00 a.m. at the information desk on the main level of Ballston Common Mall, Wilson Boulevard at North Glebe Road, one flight up from the food court. A brief cool down and flexibility session and optional blood pressure check completes the experience by 9:15.
