Potomac Overlook Walkabout
A pleasant stroll through rolling, wooded parkland, this Walkabout begins at the Nature Center, a starting point for several very well-maintained trails. The hike includes the site of a seasonal Native American village. Potomac Overlook Regional Park is open all year during daylight hours.
Length: 1.5 miles with an optional 1.4- mile extension
Terrain: Unpaved and undulating
Car-Free Access: Metrobus 15L, ART 53 , bike lanes on Military and Marcey Roads
