Week Five

This week reflect on where you may feel anxious or overwhelmed and determine how you can create balance in those areas of your life. It could mean small changes in how you spend your time, so that you’re able to get more accomplished. It could mean saving more time this week for sleep. Setting aside time to read, cooking a healthy meal, or just taking a walk can be ways to achieve more balance in your life.
