Be adventurous this week and try something new! Go hiking. Discover a hidden gem in Arlington. Walk to run an errand. Discover something that is new to you. Whatever you choose, walking there will open so many possibilities in life, whether it’s as simple as having more time for yourself or allowing you to notice something fresh and exciting in the world around you.
