Whether you walk all the time or would like to fit more walking into your life, walking is one of the healthiest habits you can have. Walking can open your world to so many new discoveries, help you make new connections, attain health benefits, and achieve greater mental wellness. Commit to walking 30 minutes a day with us for the next eight weeks: October 19 – December 11.
