Commit to Accountability
Are you ready to get moving? Today is the first day of the walking challenge, and together, we’ll walk every day for 30 minutes over the next eight weeks. The best way to commit to accountability in achieving your goals is to connect with people who have similar goals. This can help motivate you to keep going. Join the private Facebook group to connect with us and other challenge participants. Check out some of this week’s resources to help you commit to accountability throughout the challenge. Today is the last day to be entered into a drawing for a Fitbit Charge 4, by completing a brief survey.
