Commit to Accountability
Are you ready to get moving? Today is the first day of the walking challenge, and together, we’ll walk every day for 30 minutes over the next eight weeks. The best way to commit to accountability in achieving your goals is to connect with people who have similar goals. This can help motivate you to keep going. Join the private Facebook group to connect with us and other challenge participants. Check out some of this week’s resources to help you commit to accountability throughout the challenge. Today is the last day to be entered into a drawing for a Fitbit Charge 4, by completing a brief survey.
In the blog below, read about how making others aware of your health and fitness goals increases the likelihood that you will achieve them. To keep track of your progress throughout the challenge, you’ll first need to download the walking tools that we’ve created. Set your intentions by writing down what you hope to accomplish over the next eight weeks with the Personal Walking Plan and download the Walking Tracker to help you to meet your goals and track your progress throughout the challenge. Enjoy the walking tunes in this week’s Spotify playlist and hear more from Deanna about how she remains accountable on her fitness journey.
